Sad to see this poor level of attention to a well written customer complaint from Amazon.
- CamelCaseName 9y agoAlthough i agree with the sentiment, Hop makes one mistake in this article. She claims that inventory is returned when deemed counterfeit. This is often false. Counterfeit merchandise "may be destroyed" according to Amazon's help docs, and often is, from my experience.
