If you start a startup to close it in 2 months, don't do it. You won't get anything good out of it. If you work on your own startup, and eventually shut it down, in SV at least is not seen as an issue and you'll have many opportunities. It all goes down to what you achieved in term of product and team. If you run your own project for 2 months, you're not much better than before. If you grow a team even of 3-5 people, maybe raise some money, have a compelling story about your product, and hustle for a few years, that's a completely different story. Best of luck.
