Couldn't algorithms reduce racial bias by focusing on evaluating candidates independent of their race, and other personal attributes?
- thecombjelly 9y agoThey could but if part of the process is proprietary or hidden how can you know what it is doing?
- opportune 9y agoOr it could be implemented naively e.g. as a simple input feature in a DNN model
