A bad thing for whom? California or its (former) citizens?
- kenhwang 9y agoEither? Former citizens presumably get an increase in quality of life in a lower cost of living area, and California has a richer (newly imported) middle class. The ones that have it hard are the ones who can't afford to stay and can't/won't leave.
