I'm a Wisconsinite that dislikes seafood and I run into people eating fish daily! I'd even wager that you'd be hard-pressed to find a (non-niche) restaurant that didn't serve a Friday Fish Fry anywhere in the state. I'm truly shocked that your experience has been otherwise (especially due to the coastal nature of each state you mentioned)
