Good luck getting support when your Pixel 2 XL has issues. Google replaced my Nexus 6P with a faulty refurbished device under warranty, and then cold-shouldered me when the refurbished device bricked itself a few weeks later due to an issue that Google Support knew about when they sent me the replacement. I have a friend who had the exact same experience with his own Google device. Personally, I would rather rip out my own entrails than buy another Google hardware device and expose myself to their garbage customer service.
