I wonder how the people in Ghana can afford "Microsoft Word". My guess is they don't, and they pirate it. So then why not at least attempt to "teach LibreOffic

I wonder how the people in Ghana can afford "Microsoft Word". My guess is they don't, and they pirate it. So then why not at least attempt to "teach LibreOffice" and get new generations to adopt open source solutions rather than teach them to pirate locked-in software from Microsoft?
