By reframing the debate. Currently you have Democrats too scared to push real gun control because Hillary's assault rifle ban 20 years ago led to them losing control in congress. But a lot has happened since then and everyone - even gun owners, even Republicans - is fed up. Yet we still remain scared of the NRA. Even some of my Conservative friends respond to the argument of banning ALL guns. It's clear and ballsy. They appreciate clear and ballsy.
