you could have a covered (hyperloop) train go round and round in the antarctic (against the earth's spin) until in reached escape velocity and segment of the loop would detach and point the train up the space. A second idea would be to create a bridge from the closest points of africa and south america, use it as a standard bridge between launches, the launches would only have to do 2g to get to escape velocity.
