You mean other than the people of the community that sit on juries and elect the judges?
- umanwizard 9y agoI’m sorry but you seem misinformed about very basic facts. Federal judges aren’t elected, anywhere in the US.
- dragonwriter 9y agoFederal courts, including EDTX, have judges appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the U.S. Senate; the judges aren't elected by the district served by the court.
