A bit unrelated, but to all CS people who may get a chance to go to Dagstuhl, do yourselves a favor and go! It's, by far, the best environment I've ever encountered to discuss science with top-level (and also younger) researchers. The place itself is amazing, and the format of the seminars too. Also, you never know who you might meet there (I got lucky the last time I was there, and ended up having breakfast with Tony Hoare).
