Maybe people jumped to conclusions in blaming Coinbase because of all the horror stories about them? It seems like every other day someone is posting up a blog post or story about them locking an account or disappearing transactions, inconsistent ledgers, and months without adequate resolution. It seems in many cases people have been forced to publicly shame them in order to get help. This one maybe wasn’t there fault but they certainly have a checkered past.
