  Have you seen one with /10 salary? Or some with any combined ten times multiplier in between (like 5x and /2; or 3.16x and /3.16 [sqrt(10)])? According to Glassdoor and other salary surveys it is not a discrete 1:10 duality. Also software developer salaries are still quite similar to real estate prices. What matters is location, location and location.
