- 24gttghh 9y agoI get the 1:1 part (all one) but 1:3? Is that the "moral ABC's"?
- 24gttghh 9y agoI mean.. there's no law against it! I meant to convey that their liquid soap is concentrated, and should be diluted (IMO) in some ratio before using.
