Right back to the 2nd amendment? Should we ban all items capable of killing because someone makes money off of their manufacture? Cars, knives, alcohol, painkillers? In order for us to be a free society the majority of use must not become terrorized into eroding our society in the name of safety or else you get a police state. Bad things happen and that's just a fact of life. They simply cannot be prevented no matter how many laws are passed.
