Never happened to me. I use a free tool called "Spybot Anti-Beacon for Windows 10" https://www.safer-networking.org/spybot-anti-beacon/ https://www.safer-networking.org/spybot-anti-beacon/ on ALL machines I have. Cannot recommend it enough.
