  Eh, good for people living in the EU. Switzerland hasn't, it's not part of the EU :(

    But funily, some french operators (Free, Bouygues), have enabled free roaming in switzerland as if it was the EU. I've got 25Gb of 4G roaming when I got to Switzerland.

  Yes, but operators started charging way more for "international" plans. Not sure how is that legal.
