How does exclusively interviewing on CS fundamentals get you people who are good at the job?
- lr4444lr 9y agoI didn't say I interviewed only on fundamentals, just that it was what I almost exclusively cared about - for junior devs. It's a good sign that the person understands core concepts behind many different types of software, and would be teachable on the job.
