I mean even the article attempting to discuss the irrational thumbs-downing at others on this forum is getting thumbs-downed, how ironic.

- blackflame7000 9y agoI quit. This place sucks
- detaro 9y agoYour submission can't be downvoted, only comments can?
- blackflame7000 9y agoThey start to turn grey and fall off the front page extremely fast, however, you don't lose "Karma" what a funny term for it.
- detaro 9y agoSubmission text is always grey, and headlines that are grey are grey because you visited the link target. Downvotes for stories do not exist. (there are several signals which affect ranking, but for a 2-point submission they don't really qualify since it hasn't got any ranking power anyways)
- sharemywin 9y agoI didn't down vote it. But, what value did "Seriously, jeez!" add to the conversation. As to why your's did probably because it was easier for someone to click down vote button that type what I just said.
