I think it's a terrible thing to be fully named to the public. Some people say here, it would be necessary, so people could trust the lottery. BS. The winning could be faked also, so if you don't trust your lottery so don't play. On the other side .. if you win such amount of money, you will lose all your friends and family member anyway.
