You have your reasons, but I'll walk from a time limited take-home, just as I'll walk from a screen captured one. Both methods are ways to tilt the control and convenience back in the favour of the company - defeating the whole purpose of doing the work at home. With all due respect, but attempts to optimize the interview process invariably end up doing this, due to the priorities of the paying parties (ie - the companies) - and always at the cost of the interviewers. No thanks.
