- 23443463455 9y agoIt would, in essence, but you can't really list every obscure site, can you now? Facebook is the most public offender of this even if Google's offenses may be more prolific, but it's not as in people's face as facebook.

- jacquesm 9y agoIt does and it will be an interesting time ahead. I don't think 2018 will see any enforcement, maybe a couple of warnings but nothing major. But I fully expect some large company to be thrown the book at in 2019 and it would be lovely to see FB as the one they will make an example out of.
