Correctly promise and correctly deliver.
- ddorian43 9y agoWhat you said is Correctly predict
- riezebos 9y agoWhich is probably way more expensive than almost correctly predicting, and making up for the inaccuracy by underpromising and overdelivering :)
- quickthrower2 9y agoTime constraint. Features constraint. Quality constraint. Pick two.
- quickthrower2 9y agoJust to be fair. There is a way to have all 3. You need to do enough analysis to be completely sure of the time it will take to deliver the features to the quality required. To achieve such an estimate you need to analyse all of the details. The only way I know to do this, is to complete all of the features, and the answer is simply how much time you have spent, with remaining time zero.
