My understanding is it is cobalt that is the problematic element in short supply. We don't have many supplies outside of the DRC and that has a lot of problems.

- rmm 9y agoBiggest source by far is the DRC, but there are plenty of other sources. The problem is they are difficult to process and beneficiation is costly. But with rising prices, this should become less of an issue.
