My response was: who gives a shit when people in Cambodia don't use your app ? Meaning they're less valuable. But now that I think a little more, maybe we're starting to see a shift of say, tobacco + fast-food etc moving into poorer countries to extract $$ from them. So this mobile-game-social-addiction is the next/current step.
