Sooner or later our legislatures are going to have to deal with this issue.
- kelnos 9y agoI think that's a very good point. My personal opinion is that considering drivers "employees" in these scenarios is ridiculous, but it's possible that "contractor" (as defined by law) isn't a great fit, either.
