I have Ankyloglossia. It doesn't affect my job performance as a lot of communication is in email / Slack / Github anyway. I do find I have to make more of an effort to speak clearly. When I don't make an effort, my words aren't pronounced as well as they should and people have to ask me to repeat what I said (or intended to say).
