The problem with WF is external stake holders. While subtrees can be shared for read-only or edit, that makes me sorely miss change tracking. Basically I don't want to lose a history, period. So mostly I use it in solo mode. But I do have a system that lets me use WF as reference as well as for task tracking and PM.
