Nice one. Regarding point 7 ("what changes can be reversed"), tendencies are different for the younger cohort compared to those who grew up with DOS. Younger people actually try a lot without fear of serious damage, so if you're building for them, you can exploit this .. provided you ensure safety under such trials as well.
