OP here. Looking at the author's CV (http://www.cs.uni.edu/~okane/resume.html http://www.cs.uni.edu/~okane/resume.html), he's apparently written a book on Mumps revised in 2016 and presumably does some consulting as well. I would imagine that he incorporates it into at least one of the classes he teaches.
