Canada’s national anthem is now gender neutral
- grawprog 9y agoI honestly thought it had been changed before. I remember something about them changing it when I was a kid but I guess it never went through. I do remember my mom complaining that it was different when she was young though so I don't know. I don't think I've sung the national anthem in years anyway and I'm not even sure if I remember all the words any more anyway. Though I could sing it in french and english at one point. I just kind of stopped being patriotic when I realized how many terrible things the Canadian government actually does. Liberal or Conservative.
