Yes, I call every other week or so. Sometimes I wait an hour and sometimes only 5 minutes. I've been promised anything from a resolution in 2 weeks to within the next 24 hrs and nothing happens. I've been told to reply to the support email if I don't get a resolution but when I do there is no response. I will also be moving.

Thanks for your patience." Yeah thanks for my patience as it has been a month and I have seen a drop from $15K when I was going to sell it to now.
