Are the stillborns counted when computing the average life expectancy?
- jstanley 9y agoIf we're counting stillborns, are we also counting abortions? What about other contraceptives that prevent a baby from being born where otherwise he would? I assume it's not counting stillborns, otherwise where can you possibly draw the line?
