Mind you, this includes public holidays, because we're also 100% remote and it's more fair for everyone if we don't align public holidays to one spot. This also means that if you prefer working over Christmas, and then take time off another time - you can. We also heavily encourage everyone to take their holidays, and you can only transfer up to 5 days from one year to the next, so people use it.
