Once I applied on your careers site, I required a lot of time because it asked a lot of things (including coding some problems), I never received a response, I even asked to someone via email who told me he'll ask HR and the, no response at all. If you are going to require people to spend 30 minutes just to apply, at least be kind to give a response.
