- tyingq 9y ago>certainly not stagnant Hmm. Maybe I'm misinformed? What kind of innovative things have they done recently? As a PayPal merchant, the UI is still a clunky mix of old and new, and weird session errors and logging in twice, etc. We just barely got past SHA1 certs.
