I sent €2000 to Revolut and they never received it

Hello guys, TL:DR - I topped up €2k to my Revolut card and never received it. Support unresponsive. Just wanted to relate an experience I had with Revolut. I wanted to try their service since I heard good things about it. On Monday morning 29/01, I sent money from a Dutch bank account. Tuesday (30/01), I enquired to Revolut about not having received the funds about them and they said : "You might have to wait longer". Today, after waiting more than 3 days I still received no money and they said there was "a problem on Monday with all European payments and that the money should be refunded to my accounts". They are super unresponsive as to when, what was the problem... Top ups by credit card is still instant but bank transfers take much longer than advertised. What should I do?
