I and most other developers I know use zsh, because it's focused on features interactive use and not scripting. Who cares about bash compatibility? Bash scripts are run by, well, /usr/bin/env bash. For DevOps/IT I could understand the concern. e: sorry some connection interruption and now this is redundant to other comments.
