I agree .. A narcissist is obviously going to be very aware of the way they're being perceived, and will put a lot of effort in to positively affect that perception. If they admitted to narcissistic traits .. they'd be failing. Maybe the aurvey needs to assume narcissist aren't going to self-identify?
