- core-questions 9y agoHate to ask, but how do you know you're actually going to get some gold? Are deliveries ensured? Are the coins/metals held in escrow with a trusted third party?
- vaultrunner 9y agoGreat question, We provide only physical Gold and Silver (no paper certificates). All deliveries are insured and ship right to your door via UPS or FedEx. You will receive an order notification as soon as your payment is confirmed and provided a tracking link as soon as your items ships, generally within 48 hours. We are a Registered Delaware C-Corp and compliant with all AML/KYC requirements.
