- sjsbsh 9y agoThe sealing is annoying, cause the courts are doing that. But dragging discovery or not doing it honestly... that’s what Uber is doing right now (judge is peeved about it too)
- kevingadd 9y agoThere was a recent incident where an assault victim was forbidden from speaking at her attacker's sentencing (criminal!) hearing because of a non-disclosure agreement attached to a past civil settlement. The US's approach to secrecy is... a mess.
