Yep, "most efficient private sector" still applies.

- ucaetano 9y agoOh, it is, it extracts profits like nobody else. I'm not talking about efficiency as in providing the best bang for the buck to consumers, companies and investors don't care about that. I'm talking about returns. Cold, hard cash.
