- Blackstone4 9y agoTrue. Maybe Dell will keep majority control or do a Zuckerberg
- jonknee 9y agoHe did, but the corporate tax cut was funded partially by giving less preferential treatment to debt (only being able to deduct 30% of the interest) and Dell was taken private with tons of debt. The takeover of EMC added tons more debt.
