- gaius 9y agowould be surprised if such a thing did not exist for those that run the system It is very common in London to see late-teenage to mid-twenties children of wealthy families in conservative regions behaving very, very badly. I’m sure there’s a similar scene in Paris and NYC. The rule is you can do what you like there but never, ever back home.
