All the available chips are in essence low-cost and thus low-security NFC/RFID tags. Depending on application it means that either the tag is trivially cloneable or is trivially cloneable by any reader that is able to read it (ie. the authentication protocols are typically "backwards" and the reader authenticates to the tag, not the other way around which would actually make sense). Probably only massively deployed NFC protocol which actually somewhat makes sense security-wise is EMV NFC (and that is in fact only straightforward mapping of how contact EMV cards work into NFC and it's limitations).
