Sometimes the same thing multiple times in different meetings. Sometimes even in 1:1s (tbf I'm remote so we use webcams). If you can't pay attention to the answer to the question you just asked or the meeting you scheduled ditch the laptop or close Slack and email. The tiny things you do are picked up on by your staff.
