I do exactly that with a /links.html page. Unfortunately it requires js because it's just pulling in my latest shares from Pinboard. (But the link to that page gets added to the navigation with js, so non-js user agents don't see the link to it.) Pinboard provides a RSS feed I can link to for my shares as well. I've been thinking about moving from Pinboard and setting something up myself and compiling it into my site's static html instead of syndicating from a third-party.
