The issue that emerged with the Damore memo is that this seems to be a topic of conversation promoted at a google as part of their pro-diversity efforts. Normally I’d say “they’re ALL idiots for talking about this at the workplace, and ALL deserve to be fired,” but when your employer is making you attend discussions on this topic... well, it’s fair game, isn’t it?
