Spending your day in a sales role can be very similar to this. After losing time in client meetings, you often have only 5 hours left in the day to get your things done (frequently less than half that amount). I have certainly worked my fair share of > 40 hour weeks, but it’s safe to say you are forced to learn a way to be very efficient when you don’t have all day available to work.
