Technology were created by humans. Language was created by humans. Both are abstractions that keep us from experiencing each other and reality in its true form.

Technology were created by humans. Language was created by humans. Both are abstractions that keep us from experiencing each other and reality in its true form. Let's not trick ourselves into thinking that we're somehow getting a true unambiguous connection with each other by removing technology. To quote Simone Weil: "The world is the closed door. It is a barrier. And at the same time it is the way through. Two prisoners whose cells adjoin communicate with each other by knocking on the wall. The wall is the thing which separates them but it is also their means of communication."
